This simple but practical Queen size Platform Bed in Black Finish – Simple Modern Design is great value for your money, as it does not require a box spring. In addition, the decorative legs will give your bedroom a stylish touch. It can be combined with all South Shore’s collections available in Pure Black finish. It is designed to support a maximum weight of 500-pound. It is also available in Natural Maple, Pure White, Ebony or Chocolate finish. It measures 82-1/2-inch long by 63-1/2-inch wide by 13-1/2-inch high. It is delivered in a box measuring 83-1/4-inch by 18-inch by 11-inch weighing 131-pound. Made of non-toxic recycled CARB2 compliant laminated particle panels. Complete assembly required by 2 adults. Tools are not included. Made in Canada.

        Free Shipping on EVERYTHING WE SELL!!! Includes all shipments within the contiguous United States.

        • Most orders ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground.
        • Most orders ship out within 1 to 5 business days and are delivered within 2-10 business days of the order being placed.
        • We send out tracking email shortly after the order ships.
        • Some shipments may require signature for delivery, but most orders ship with no signature required. If signature is required then the shipper will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
        • We are currently unable to ship to the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico.

        Please note that while we do offer Free Shipping, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.

        Refund Policy

        Return Policy Please notify us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. If the return is due to an order being damaged, defective, or incorrect, then we will arrange for prepaid return at our expense and issue full refund shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. If the return is due to reason other than item being damaged, defective, or incorrect then customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred. Please note that while we do offer free shipping on our website, the customer is be responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Before returning a product, please obtain return authorization by contacting us and providing the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. Refund minus any applicable return shipping cost will be issued shortly after return is received back at our warehouse.


        Mattress Return Policy: Mattresses are non-returnable if opened or taken out of their plastic wrapping.


        Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

        Cancellation Policy At Fast Furnishings, we pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be cancelled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent need for cancellation. Nevertheless, if you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. Please note that while we do offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have shipped out.


        Damaged or Defective Orders Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order is delivered with concealed damaged. Please include a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like part numbers, and pictures, emailed to [email protected] . Once we have received this information, we will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf, and you will be given the option to have a replacement sent or receive full refund.

        • Some of our items ship "Signature Required", so someone may need to be present to sign for order upon delivery.
