Room to stretch out is the key to this Solid Wood Full Over Full Bunk Bed in Cappuccino Finish’s popularity. At MOM’S safety comes first, so all of our bunk beds are strongly constructed and rigorously tested in independent labs to meet or exceed ASTM and CPSC safety standards. Guardrails are included for the top bunk. Ladder rungs are flat, not vertical, for your child’s comfort and easy access to the top bunk. All wood is fully sanded and sealed with a clean smooth coating to prevent splinters. All of our finishes are child-safe and lead free. Each bunk comes with a slat roll foundation to provide secure support for a standard full size mattress (54″ x 74″). The bed measures 62″ high x 78.5″ long x 59″ wide. The bottom bunk is 11″ off the floor and the space between the bottom bunk slats and top bunk slats is 30″. The bed is solid wood making it a practical and durable choice for kids rooms. This design can be separated into 2 separate full size beds for versatility. This offer includes: (2) head boards, (2) foot boards, (4) side rails, (1) ladder,(26) wood slats and guard rails on each side of top bunk. All of MOM’S bunk beds are warehoused locally and ready to ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Expect delivery within 2 – 7 days of ship date. Please note that while we do offer Free Shipping, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
Refund Policy
Return Policy Please notify us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. If the return is due to an order being damaged, defective, or incorrect, then we will arrange for prepaid return at our expense and issue full refund shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. If the return is due to reason other than item being damaged, defective, or incorrect then customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred. Please note that while we do offer free shipping on our website, the customer is be responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Before returning a product, please obtain return authorization by contacting us and providing the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. Refund minus any applicable return shipping cost will be issued shortly after return is received back at our warehouse.
Mattress Return Policy: Mattresses are non-returnable if opened or taken out of their plastic wrapping.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy At Fast Furnishings, we pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be cancelled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent need for cancellation. Nevertheless, if you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. Please note that while we do offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have shipped out.
Damaged or Defective Orders Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order is delivered with concealed damaged. Please include a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like part numbers, and pictures, emailed to [email protected] . Once we have received this information, we will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf, and you will be given the option to have a replacement sent or receive full refund.
